Sesame spinach with smoked fish
Completely different styles of smoked fish served with crusty bread and recent spinach wrapped in a yoghurt and tahini cream. Take pleasure in your meal! Components Most important course For four individuals 1 kg of recent spinach 2 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste) four tablespoons of plain yoghurt salt 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 500 g of smoked fish, i.e. salmon, mackerel, trout or herring crusty bread, crackers Easy methods to proceed Preparation: ca. 20 minutes Rinse the spinach, peel them and take away the bigger stems. Put them within the pan without draining them. Cowl them and allow them to wither. Drain them, move them underneath chilly water and allow them to drain properly. Combine the tahini with the yoghurt. Season with salt and lemon juice. Combine the spinach with half of the yoghurt cream. Organize the smoked fish on a serving dish and serve it with the spinach, bread and the remaining yoghurt cream.
